殺陣集団鴉（からす）に所属し、殺陣のパフォーマンスを行う。
近年では映画や舞台の闘いの手をつける殺陣師としても活躍の幅を広げている。
Kenji is an actor and a member of the sword fighting entertainment group ‘Karasu’, toured around Germany, France, and Canada.
He has been active as a choreographer of the sword fighting compositions for films and theatre works.

柔らかくまわり
凍てつくように止まり
力は震え放たれる
その神経は落ち着きに満ちて
サヤにおさまり心を残す
It softly turns –
and pauses like it’s been frozen,
then the power trembles and be released.
The sword is filled with a calmness,
it settles back to a sheath and leaves a heart.

60年生まれ。ビューティーディレクターとして滝田洋二郎監督「おくりびと」や野田秀樹演出「ＥＧＧ」「ＭＩＷＡ」などの舞台、マシュー・バーニーの美術映像など国内外の媒体で活動。 08年より「人物デザイン」というジャンルを開拓し、大河ドラマ「龍馬伝」「平清盛」、映画「寄生獣」「進撃の巨人」、舞台「プルートゥ」などを担当。作品のキャラクターデザイン、衣装デザイン、ヘアメイクデザイン、持ち道具などを総合的に生み出している。
