Hiroki Ootomo 大友洋樹

Hiroki Ootomo, an artist and an illustrator of fairy mandala,
was born in Sendai city in 1958.
After the unprecedented experience of the 2011 great east Japan earthquake and the nuclear power plant accident, re-recognized the importance of the Indigenous people’s worldview of living with nature.
Continues to draw Indigenous gods of simple and cute fairies and the swirl mandala that represents the universe.
